Based in Novigrad, Universum offers real estate, building and tourist services along the north Istrian coast, focused on the region from Porec to Umag. It was founded by Ivan Catalano in 1998.

During the summer, there’s also a lot of things happening, so it’s a great place to have holiday fun and dine well. Many of the people who buy through us have been coming on holiday here for many years, before eventually deciding to buy their own holiday home.”

Location
Universum is situated on the edge of Novigrad harbour. It is easy to spot because its name is written in large letters on the side of the building.
To reach them by car: from the roundabout on the edge of Novigrad, turn towards the centre. Park as soon as you can see the harbour. There is usually plenty of public parking: white spaces are free of charge, blue ones are paid from May until the end of September. Universum is just a short stroll away, on the other side of the harbour.
