A fully-qualified estate agent, Mara Miloš established Europartner in 2006 and today leads a team of three. She worked for many years in Austria and, with a background in banking finance, understands the requirements of international buyers and the importance of getting all the details right.
Mara’s enthusiasm for her job is obvious the moment you meet her. “I love working with people and making them happy,” she explained. “There’s nothing better than helping someone find their dream home! That’s why my motto is ‘There’s no place like Home.’”
But Mara is adamant that making this happen is about more than just finding the perfect property, it’s about making the process as smooth as possible. So, with the constantly changing nature of Croatian law, she spends a lot of time researching each purchase, ensuring there will be no nasty surprises and that buyers are fully informed.
Europartner is also there to help after the purchase. “I know what it’s like buying abroad – I’ve done it myself,” Mara said. “You need all the support you can find, so we have a wide range of contacts to help people get things done. For example, my husband owns AM Color, a renovation company, so we can organise any interior work. He in turn has strong contacts throughout the building industry, so we can arrange any building work, and so on… Basically, Europartner can be organise and manage everything a buyer might need.”

Europartner is just off Trg J Rakovac (the square with the statue of the soldier), in Porec. If you stand with your back to the statue, facing into town, Istarskog razvoda is the road to the left at the top of the square. Europartner is on the left, as you turn into it.
